This website is run by the West Somerset Railway Association (WSRA), registered charity number 1041901. The WSRA is the data controller for any personal information collected through it.

What we collect
You can read this website without giving us any personal information. We only hold information about you if you choose to contact us, for example by email. We use it to reply to you and keep it only as long as needed for that purpose.
Donations
Online donations are made through the WSRA’s secure donation form, which runs on the Donorfy fundraising system on the WSRA’s behalf. We use your details to process your gift, send your thank-you and claim Gift Aid if you choose it. If you add Gift Aid, we keep the declaration details for as long as HMRC requires.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use third-party analytics. WordPress sets cookies only for staff who log in to update the site. Our fonts are stored on this website, so no information is sent to font services when you visit.

We link to other websites, such as Facebook. They have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
